1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of life-events.se (the “Service”) operated by Life Entertainment Sweden AB (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing tickets, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. BY agreeing to these terms, you also agree that you have read, understood and agree with our privacy policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

  • Tickets are personal and may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly allowed.

     

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets after delivery.

     

4. Payment

  • This means that once you have purchased a ticket, the sale is binding and non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

     

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding any transaction fees, unless required otherwise by law).

     

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 5 days after the announcement.

     

  • We are not responsible for additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) resulting from cancellation or rescheduling.

     

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes,

     

  • upload harmful or offensive material,

     

  • interfere with the functionality of the website or app, or

     

  • violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

     

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or permanent removal of your account.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish privacy laws.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant ticket(s).

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, consumers may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.
You may also bring your claim before a competent Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the default forum.
